Standard Latex
Natural Latex
Production Process

In our ‘classic’ mattress range, we offer two strong and distinct product families. Our standard latex products are made of solid, synthetic latex, enriched with natural latex to improve the mattress’s resilience and progressive support. Our top-of-the line ‘standart’ mattresses are produced as mix with a high degree of natural latex. These products excel in resilience, progressive support and durability.

The customers themselves choose the thickness and size of the mattress, as well as the density/hardness.

The comfort zones in the mattress, e.g. at the level of the sleeper’s shoulders and hips, can provide better support to the body. There are “classic” mattresses with single pin patterns and with three, five or seven zones.

Natural latex offers several outstanding advantages. It feels very soft, giving you a pleasant, comfortable feeling. This material is very elastic and flexible. Consequently, a natural latex mattress helps the body when tossing and turning, while optimally supporting the body during sleep. Natural latex also ensures excellent ventilation, so that surplus moisture is easily discharged. Last but not least, research has shown that natural latex gives bacteria, fungi and house dust mite no chance.

The comfort zones in the mattress, e.g. at the level of the sleeper’s shoulders and hips, can provide better support to the body. There are “natural” mattresses in all thickness and hardness with seven comfort zones.

Pulse Latex

The SonoCore technology is based on dielectric heating. With this wave technology – instead of steam – the latex is vulcanized endogenously,
the vulcanization starts in the middle of the latex product and gradually goes to the outside. To complete the SonoCore technology a full revision of the entire latex compound formulations was developed. The combination of the new SonoCore process with new compound formulations, results in a new, revolutionary latex foam called PULSE.

Pulse Products have :excellent ventilation, superb resilense, extreme tensile strength and

prolonged durability.

Pulse products are also tested by TUV Germany (durability and resilence test) and by CUSTOM8 Belgium (humidity and temperature test).
